Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings and customised jewellery are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons (if applicable).
- Products showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
- In case of a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
